What is a Consultation?
Scheduling a consultation does not mean that you have to hire a lawyer.
A consultation is just that — an opportunity to talk to a professional in confidence about the options available to help you resolve issues so you and your family can move forward.
During the consultation, we will review your case, identify issues that need to be resolved and, most importantly, develop a “strategy” right for you.
The “strategy” may include any number of options and does not necessarily mean that your case will have to go to court to be resolved.
In fact, my practice is becoming more focused on non-litigation or “Collaborative Family Law” approaches to help individuals resolve family law issues.
Evening and weekend consultations can sometimes
be arranged to work around your schedule.
